How to increase energy and vitality through nature

We have all felt once that we can no longer, that work, obligations and day to day put us to the limit and that we are running out of strength. To get back in control we can get in touch with nature, and acquire habits that will help us overcome these moments, and prevent them in the future.

Stress and human nature

The stress is a physiological reaction in response to a dangerous situation. The human being has evolved, but our response to danger is the same since the beginning of time, the body prepares to repel an attack or undertake an escape. Become aware of what are the things that stress you and consume your energy. Identify them, so you can face them better.

Recharge your energy to the sun

It is very easy to recharge the batteries, we can take energy from nature, sunbathing (always with adequate protection), walking in a green space or on the beach, or exercising, practicing the sport that we like outdoors.

Relax body and mind in a park

Find a quiet place in a park near home, get comfortable and focus on your breathing, through it, relaxation and meditation we can put body and mind in contact. Being more aware of our body and learning to relax through breathing, we gain attention, concentration and performance.

Nature in good company

Plan a trip to the mountains with friends. Some people in our environment give us energy and positivity, while others deplete us with their negativity. If we learn to differentiate them, we may be able to avoid some of those who steal our energy.

Natural food

Take care of your diet, increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables and reduce the consumption of pre-cooked products. A natural diet provides more vitamins. Fresh foods retain all their properties, which are lost over time, when we freeze them or when we cook them.

The fauna and the flora

In addition to contact with plants in parks or in the field, contact with animals is a great way to eliminate stress. If you have a pet, spend part of your time walking or playing. If you don’t have one, you can approach wildlife by observing the birds or insects in your environment, keep silent and respect their spaces.
